CardGuruji is an independent, advertising-supported comparison and referral service. We present details, rewards, ratings, and fees of various credit cards for informational purposes.

• Not a Financial Institution: We are not a bank, credit card issuer, lender, or financial broker. We do not issue credit cards, grant credit lines, or make underwriting decisions.
• No Guarantee of Approval: Submitting your information via our "Apply Now" form does not guarantee card approval. Final approval is subject to the card issuing bank's eligibility criteria, verification checks, and credit policies.
• Verify Directly: Card issuers can change fees (annual, joining, interest rates), reward terms, and benefits without notice. While we strive to maintain up-to-date data, you must review the official product terms with the issuer before finalizing any application.

2. User Accounts & Lead Submission Details

By submitting a lead generation form on CardGuruji, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details, including your full legal name, active email address, valid contact phone number, actual monthly income, and estimated CIBIL/credit score.
• Refrain from submit fake, deceptive, or third-party details without prior explicit authorization.
• Consent to being contacted by CardGuruji or our credit card partner banks (via Call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email) to guide and process your application.

3. CIBIL/Credit Score Declaration

The CIBIL / Credit score field on our forms is user-declared. CardGuruji does not pull or hard-check your credit score from bureaus directly during form submission. Your self-declared score is forwarded to bank partners as a preliminary assessment. The card issuer may perform a hard credit inquiry (CIBIL check) at the time of processing the formal application, which can affect your credit file.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, design layouts, graphics, comparison matrices, and branding are the exclusive property of CardGuruji and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any page content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CardGuruji, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) decisions or applications made based on card reviews; or (c) any dispute or transaction arising between you and the respective card issuing bank. All financial commitments are solely between you and the card issuer.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
